Business Complex Coordinator

Summary:

The position of project coordinator involves over seeing and management of commercial sales, scheduling, Order entry, Installations and completion of such projects.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • QC complex orders sent from AE.
  • Contacting Commercial customers to arrange date and times for installation of their services.
  • Verify Services ordered and equipment needed as well as informing the customer of what is needed before install on their side.
  • Work with Installation and Networking to coordinate equipment and Technicians for the estimated customer requested install date.
  • Organize project details and provide updates to all involved parties.
  • Work with the CO on phone ports and the editing of phone accounts in Sips.
  • Setting up customer accounts with in the Sips software and creating the service products as well as assigning numbers.
  • Determining a final install date with Installation and verifying with the customer.
  • Order completion in Icoms for billing purposes
  • Work with the Network Admins on upgrades and installs. Send Network the ALU configuration information if needed.
  • Confirm installation and make sure everything is working correctly. If customer needs something additional refer back to AE.
  • Assist reps with order questions
  • Follow up with reps on missing or needed info from orders or FOC rejections
  • Join weekly Construction/Complex Order meetings
  • Research info as needed.  (contract terms, type of service an existing customer may have, etc.)
  • Maintains working knowledge of department and stays current with latest policies
  • Maintains accurate files for department as needed
  • Assist with simple order entry
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED is required and two to three years of administrative or clerical experience or combination of both.  Experience in cable industry and/or functional department is preferred. ********

Computer Skills:

MS Office software, Great Plains software, Internet software, e-mail, order processing, inventory and database software.
